Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management:

This role will be pivotal in managing the financial operations related to the Aadhaar-PAN linking process for customers. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a critical financial compliance project in a fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for tracking linking status, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring all financial entries related to penalties and fees are accurately recorded.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of financial and accounting principles, proficiency in MS Excel, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Data Entry & Reconciliation:

Accurately input and maintain financial data in our systems. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Customer Support & Follow-up:

Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process. Follow up on pending documentation and payments to ensure timely completion.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

  • Process Improvement:

Identify and suggest improvements to the existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, particularly in the context of the Aadhaar-PAN linking project.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
