Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management: Prepare and manage necessary documents for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance.
  • Application Tracking: Monitor application status and coordinate with government authorities for processing.
  • Client Guidance: Provide guidance to clients on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to the Companies Act, 2013 and other tax laws.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
  • Oversight: Ensure all work aligns with applicable compliance frameworks and legal guidelines.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for clients on compliance and financial matters.
