Job Title: HR Professional
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support the development and implementation of human resource strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the effective management of employee relations, recruitment, and selection processes. They will also play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive high performance and foster a positive working environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of formal email writing and email etiquette.
- Outstanding research skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Result-oriented approach to handling recruitment targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
This position requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
