Senior Technology Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Architect to lead our technology teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing solutions architecture support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in technical implementations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in multiple tech stacks, including Nodejs, MEAN, Reactjs, MERN, Python, and Cloud platforms (preferably AWS). They will also have experience with design patterns, software architecture practices, leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.

The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to balance detail and big-picture perspectives, and excellent communication skills. They will also be familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

  • Provide solutions architecture support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in technical implementations.
  • Leverage expertise in multiple tech stacks to enhance project accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
  • Oversee development teams, ensuring best practices and technical guidance.
  • Conduct training sessions and mentor developers on technical best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience working with multiple backend technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following tech stacks: Nodejs, MEAN, Reactjs, MERN, Python.
  • Strong experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with design patterns and best software architecture practices.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and API design best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Exposure to AI/ML-based solutions in backend applications.
