Our organization is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead growth initiatives across our fintech products.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute holistic growth strategies for the OneScore portfolio, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through various channels.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth plans covering mobile app, website, and monetization use cases.

Deliver month-on-month Personal Loan Volumes and manage stakeholder relationships with key partners like Google and Meta.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate marketing strategies.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and results.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Personal Loan monetization.
  • Familiarity with fintech products, regulatory environments, and customer behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with growth-related tools and platforms.
