Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sales and Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced revenue growth professional to drive sales expansion by cultivating a network of strategic partners in the pharmaceutical industry.

About the Role:
  • Build and maintain a robust network of strategic partners to meet revenue targets.
  • Analyze and enhance existing partnerships, identify new opportunities, and leverage strong relationship-building skills within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Partner Development:
    • Identify and engage with prospective strategic partners.
    • Conduct thorough assessments and negotiate partnership agreements.
  2. Revenue Expansion
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sales and partner channels.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  3. Partner Management
    • Onboard new partners with product training and compliance guidelines.
    • Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure targets are met.
  4. Market Intelligence
    • Gather competitor data, track market developments, and provide insights to the regional sales head.
    • Recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
  5. Reporting & Administration
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and partner performance reports.
    • Liaise with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making approach.
