Role Summary:

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating top talent in the IT industry. Your primary objective is to identify, attract, and hire skilled professionals who can contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  2. Evaluate resumes and cover letters to ensure applicants meet the minimum qualifications for the role.
  3. Conduct phone or video interviews to assess a candidate's technical skills, communication style, and cultural fit.
  4. Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  5. Manage the hiring process from start to finish, maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a focus on DevOps, AI/ML, or Full Stack development.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including emerging trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets, while maintaining high levels of candidate satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, human resources, or communications.
