HR Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labour laws, industrial relations and human resources management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with government departments for approvals and registrations related to contract labour employment.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, including the registration of contract works, submission of periodic returns and issue of Form V to contractors.
  • Maintain statutory records and registers ensuring reliability and retrievability of data.
  • Develop and implement effective liaison strategies with central labour department officials inspectorate of factories and EPF officials.
  • Provide timely submissions of HR MIS and Dash Board to handle related clarifications.
