  • We are looking for an experienced and skilled HR professional to support our Senior HR Manager in various HR functions.

About the Role:

  • This is a key position within the HR team that requires a high level of discretion, professionalism and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
  • Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting.
  • Help implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the senior HR manager on special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
