JD Edwards Finance Support Role

The JD Edwards Finance Support Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems for clients worldwide. This involves collaborating with external resources to ensure optimal application performance and proposing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-line support for customers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Create functional solutions based on defined business requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver application fixes and changes on time.
  • Manage problem resolution to reduce incident frequency or impact on customers' businesses.
  • Support junior consultants with functional expertise and contribute to team success by identifying process improvements.
  • Establish effective relationships between Global Support teams.
  • Communicate issue status effectively and ensure timely resolution according to prioritization.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of Oracle JD Edwards E1 Finance experience in a support or implementation role.
  • Experience with all JD Edwards versions up to and including EnterpriseOne 9.2.
  • Domain expertise in core finance modules: GL, AR, AP.
  • JD Edwards World Software experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A highly driven and self-motivated individual with a proactive approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a remote working environment.
