Technical Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to drive the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, focusing on data migration and technical development.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data migration solutions across Oracle Fusion modules, leveraging expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance), FBDI, ADFDI, OIC integrations, and reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Oracle Cloud, particularly in finance, with a solid understanding of integration technologies and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • The consultant should be proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, scripting, and interface development, with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation (GL/AP/AR/FA, Cash Management).
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
  3. Building reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  4. Managing integration and development of both packaged and in-house systems.
  5. Handling Oracle Cloud release changes and enhancements.
  6. Maintaining Jira and ServiceNow user stories.
  7. Working with FBDI, ADFDI, REST APIs, Oracle APIs, PCS, VBCS, and OIC.
  8. Managing and escalating Oracle Service Requests.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Oracle Cloud experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementations (specifically in Finance).
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Oracle certification preferred).
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion modules (FIN).
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, scripting, and interface development.
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
