Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards Finance Specialist to lead and execute ERP activities during organizational transitions.

This includes end-to-end process mapping, configuration, data migration, compliance, and integration with external systems.

  • Transition Planning & Execution:
  • Design and implement efficient JDE processes for company separation, including inactivation of accounts, closure of company codes, and data extraction strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope of divestiture and ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements
  • Data Migration & Integration:
  • Lead historical data extraction and handover to acquiring entities.
  • Ensure seamless integration with systems like SAP, Hyperion, and EBS during transitions
  • Documentation & Training:
  • Prepare as-is/to-be process documents, runbooks, and training materials.
  • Conduct user training and create self-help documentation to reduce support tickets

Requirements:

  • 12–15 years of experience in JD Edwards ERP with a focus on Finance and cross-functional modules.
  • Proven experience in at least one company separation, merger, or acquisition project.
  • Strong understanding of JDE configuration, data structures, and integration points.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, audit readiness).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of JD Edwards finance and cross-functional modules, as well as experience in company separations, mergers, and acquisitions.
