Job Title: Oracle JD Edwards Technical Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill this critical role.

  • This position requires extensive experience in JD Edwards Technical Modules, including Report, Application, Business Function, NER, BSSV, UDO, Processing option, and Data Structure.
  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in development life cycle and application testing for all system changes and projects.
  • In addition, the candidate should have knowledge transfer and other support-related activities, second-level support for resolution of service requests, and second-level support for resolution of system defects.
  • They should also be involved in key tasks such as review and approval of root cause analysis, work around, and support, documentation prepared by Support analysts, and providing guidance and expertise to Support analysts in resolving complex issues.
  • The ideal candidate will also interact with business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call from initiation till closure and resolve all JDE level 2 Application Support calls logged thru Help desk.
  • Regular interaction with JDE CNC Admin support team to involve them in resolving issues is also expected.
