Senior Field Applications Engineer

We are a fast-moving startup, accelerating intelligent computing in the emerging chiplet era. Our software-driven fabric solutions boost performance and scalability for SoCs and chiplets.

  • Provide technical expertise to customers, empowering them to design and deploy our technologies into their products.
  • Work closely with sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver customized solutions.

We serve as primary technical points of contact for key customers, providing guidance throughout the product development lifecycle. Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for key customers, providing timely support and guidance.
  • Assisting in design and implementation of customized solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Developing and delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams.

Candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in field application engineering or a customer-facing technical role, with a master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience designing or supporting complex SoCs from architecture definition to tape-out.
  • Familiarity with functional safety standards and certification.
  • Strong understanding of RAS and reliability for enterprise and infrastructure markets.
