Job Title: Content Strategist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Regional Content Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that drives growth, engagement, and brand awareness across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Production
    • Develop and produce high-quality video content on a weekly basis, utilizing creativity and expertise to craft engaging narratives that resonate with our target audience.
    • Publish daily shorts across YouTube and other social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules.
    • Design static posts on a weekly basis, leveraging visual storytelling techniques to capture the attention of our followers.
  • Growth & Engagement
    • Drive 15% monthly follower growth and maintain engagement rates above 10%, through data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Share weekly updates with stakeholders, providing transparent progress reports and highlighting key achievements.
    • Encourage user-generated content and drive Google reviews on a monthly basis, fostering a strong online community around our brand.
  • Campaigns & Initiatives
    • Execute localized digital campaigns on a monthly basis, developing targeted strategies that speak to the unique needs and interests of our local audience.
    • Train students to create high-quality content through Social Media Clubs, empowering them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the ever-evolving world of social media marketing.
    • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) with actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • 15% follower growth (MoM) | 10%+ engagement rate

Qualifications: We are seeking a graduate with a background in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on short-form video content. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Premiere Pro is required. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
