Senior Business Development Manager for Life Insurance

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agency Business Manager to join our team in the life insurance sector, covering Pan India.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of agents and developing strategies to enhance agent productivity and persistency. Additionally, they will work closely with trainers to identify training needs and improve agent performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agent Recruitment: Develop and implement effective agent hiring strategies, build a team of agents, and maintain an agent pipeline.
- Agent Development: Ensure product knowledge through MNYL training methods, conduct field demonstrations, and work with agents to plan and review activities and goals.
- Business Growth: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets by improving agent productivity, persistency, and product mix sales ratio.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as a proven track record of achieving business targets.
Our company offers a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of ₹6,50,000 per annum, plus incentives and bonuses based on individual and team performance.
