Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating imaginative and detailed landscape plans for residential and commercial real estate projects.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work that showcases their ability to develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs, prepare design drawings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Conceptual and Detailed Landscape Designs: Create landscape plans that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.\
  • Prepare Design Drawings: Develop masterplans, layout plans, planting schemes, hardscape designs, and other design drawings to bring the project vision to life.\
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, environmental consultants, and in-house teams to create integrated project designs.\
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all design work complies with local municipal norms, environmental regulations, and project-specific guidelines.\
  • Oversee Implementation: Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure successful landscape design implementation at project sites.\
  • Review BOQs and Cost Estimates: Examine landscape bills of quantities, cost estimates, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.\
  • Conduct Site Assessments: Perform site assessments, soil analysis, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.\
  • Present Designs: Prepare engaging presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for internal approvals and client presentations.\
  • Represent the Team: Serve as a landscape design expert at meetings with stakeholders, including architects, structural engineers, interior designers, MEP/infra consultants, and others.\
