Job Description:

The Chief Technology Officer will lead the evolution of a global logistics and freight forwarding technology platform, shaping its technological foundation and future. This dynamic role offers the chance to drive strategic technology initiatives, scale high-performing teams, and deliver impactful digital solutions that drive customer success and market leadership.

This is more than a technical leadership position — it's a chance to redefine a vital global industry through the power of intelligent software. The incoming CTO will be instrumental in steering the product and engineering organization through the next phase of innovation, scalability, and global expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a forward-looking technology vision that aligns with long-term product and business goals. Own the technical roadmap, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and innovation are embedded across all platforms.
  • Product & Platform Leadership: Oversee full lifecycle product development, from ideation and prototyping through to launch, scale, and iteration. Make sound architectural and design decisions across multiple technology stacks, ensuring they meet business needs while being efficient, secure, and future-proof.
  • Engineering Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor globally distributed teams of engineers, QA professionals, architects, and DevOps specialists. Foster a performance culture rooted in innovation, agility, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology.
  • Experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems or transportation/supply chain software.
  • Proven experience overseeing the design and delivery of SaaS products, ideally in B2B environments.
