About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Liaison to join our team. This individual will be responsible for educating potential customers about our product and service, handling questions, comments and complaints regarding the business, and aiming to provide positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships between them.

This role involves interacting with customers over the phone to explain our program, following up with customers to ensure they have a seamless experience, and getting trained and taking trial classes as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations.

The successful candidate will also possess good listening skills, be fluent in English, and have prior experience working in customer service and call centres. Knowledge of US localization is desirable, as is an understanding of the US accent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls
  • Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth experience
  • Get trained and take trial classes as required
  • Manage client relationships and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Establish and expand relationships with clients based in the US and UK

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service and call centres
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Pleasant personality and ability to engage in meaningful conversations
  • Knowledge of US localization (desirable)
  • Understanding of US accent (desirable)
