Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned travel professional to act as a liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, enhancing satisfaction, and acquiring a dedicated clientele by providing unparalleled support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage domestic and international flight bookings.
  • Provide information on products and services, including visa requirements, foreign exchange, and health regulations.
  • Handle refunds and cancellations of air tickets.
  • Coordinate ticket issuance with proper deal codes and rewards.
  • Follow established communication protocols when addressing different topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Assist with invoicing and recoveries.
  • Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.

Required Skills:

  • Effective communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems and e-traveling platforms.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.

Educational Qualification:

  • Degree in Travel and Tourism preferred but not required.

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in the travel industry is essential.
