  • We are a WHO-GDP certified and Indian FDA approved company that specializes in Global Tender Supplies and Named Patient Supplies.
  • Our goal is to cultivate relationships with overseas organizations and clients for our products, expand the reach of our products to current and new international markets, and ensure consistent growth in exports sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate relationships with overseas organizations and clients for our products.
  2. Expand the reach of our products to current and new international markets and ensure consistent growth in exports sales.
  3. Devising strategies for expanding online and offline marketing presence.

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and Target Potential Clients:
    • Identify and target potential organizations, importers, hospitals, and clients in international markets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate Pricing, Terms, and Contracts:
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international customers.
    • Optimize pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Provide Weekly Update:
    • Provide weekly update to senior management on export sales performance, market insights, and strategies.

Market Development:

  • Develop and Implement Market Plan:
    • Develop and implement a strategic plan for expanding our product exports to existing and new markets.
    • Identify potential markets and segments with the highest growth potential.
  • Evaluate and Adjust Strategy:
    • Evaluate and adjust the strategy based on market dynamics and competition.
  • Prepare Exhibition Plan:
    • Preparing tentative exhibition plan along with financial budget requirements.

Market Research:

  • Stay Updated on International Market Trends:
    • Stay updated on international market trends, trade regulations, and economic factors.
  • Conduct Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats in different regions.
  • Evaluate Customer Feedback:
    • Evaluate customer feedback and take corrective action.

Country Import Regulations & Customs Laws:

  • Ensure Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and customs requirements in various countries.
  • Handle Documentation:
    • Handle documentation, such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices, and commercial agreements.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in an International B2B sales and business development role in a pharmaceutical/healthcare/medical device company is mandatory.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Awareness and focused experience on Global Healthcare tenders (NGOs & MOH requirements)/Named Patient Supplies for Unregistered products/'Special Permit Imports' in developing markets, would be highly preferred.
    • Prior experience of working on marketing material preparation and participation in Global Healthcare Exhibitions would be preferred.
    • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding export sales targets.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Willingness to travel internationally as required (approx. 3 - 4 times in a year). Adaptability to different international markets and cultures.
  • Professional Skills:
    • Proficient in Generative AI tools usage, Email writing, MS Office, international B2B client connect, and online marketing tools.
