\The Role
\We seek an experienced Program Manager to oversee strategic initiatives within our research ecosystem. This individual will work closely with faculty, industry partners, and interdisciplinary research teams to ensure programs align with organizational goals, delivered on schedule, and executed within scope and budget.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with research leads, faculty, and external partners to define program objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.\
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including roadmaps, schedules, and status reports.\
- Manage resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.\
- Facilitate effective communication among diverse teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely information flow.\
- Monitor and measure program progress, proposing improvements and adjustments as needed.\

- Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in R&D, technology, or academic settings.\
