Job Description

Job Title: Partner & Head of User Research

Role Overview:

The Partner & Head of User Research is a key client-facing role responsible for driving product research initiatives from start to finish. This role combines hands-on research expertise with strategic insight, applying both qualitative and quantitative methods to deliver actionable recommendations that shape product strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients is essential, ensuring the user's voice informs each stage of digital product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary research representative in client pitches, presentations, and briefings.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate user-centered design, owning research-led outcomes for clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, analytics, development) to align research insights with strategic objectives.
  • Serve as the user experience advocate in client projects, translating insights into actionable product solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in product research, preferably in digital product consulting or agency settings, with a track record of client presentations.
  • Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency with tools like UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, and Qualtrics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust with clients and team members.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
