
Senior Business Development Manager

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are poised to onboard leading CPG brands globally.
We are now entering a scale phase where support excellence is critical to delivering brand impact at speed.
The incumbent will focus on identifying, engaging, and securing large enterprise accounts with an emphasis on hunting for new business, managing accounts, and closing deals end-to-end.
This role requires a consultative selling approach and a strong understanding of technology solutions in the digital marketing space. Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets in international markets
- Identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential enterprise customers, presenting tailored solutions to meet their business needs
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with senior stakeholders across international markets
- Managing the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and contract closure
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to customize solutions that align with client requirements and comply with local regulations
- Providing ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and drive long-term partnerships
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics, gathering market feedback, and providing insights into customer needs
Requirements for this position include 3-4 years of experience within a CPG brand/Saas platform with an MBA or equivalent from a Tier 1 Institute.
Demonstrated success in closing deals and fostering long-term customer relationships is essential as well as strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is also required.
