Lead a Team of Performance Marketers

 

  • We seek an experienced leader in performance marketing to head our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies across digital channels, driving growth, and building sustainable business outcomes through data-driven insights.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive budget allocation and forecasting at leadership level, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop frameworks for continuous testing and optimization, leveraging advanced analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, and Sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives, fostering innovation and accountability.
  • Introduce data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization, ensuring maximum ROI.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
