Job Title: Marketing Strategist

As a marketing strategist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals, customer segments, and growth targets.

  • Campaign Development: Develop comprehensive marketing plans that leverage data-driven insights to drive campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior marketers, manage external agencies, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling high-impact paid campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and BI reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience managing budgets of significant scale and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
