Marketing Campaign Strategist

The Marketing Campaign Strategist will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. This involves planning, research, strategy, creative briefings, and performance analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure campaign alignment with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, offline).
  • Oversee campaign lifecycle from strategy to execution and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Ensure all marketing channels are on-brand and compliant with regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports for stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in campaign management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing tools).
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, Marketing Automation platforms).
  • Excellent project management, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.).

Knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media advertising.

Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

Experience with B2B/B2C campaign management.
