Strategic Initiative Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee cross-functional initiatives across IT and non-IT domains.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in program management methodologies to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Methodology Development: Define methodologies, create templates, and establish best practices for program governance.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a robust Knowledge Management System.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and track program risks, issues, and opportunities to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise project managers and scrum masters to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to leadership.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel as required to support program needs.

Requirements:

  • Education: A graduate degree with proven program management experience.
  • Training: Formal training in program and project management methodologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, MIS reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master.
  • Track Record: A track record of successful program delivery across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
  • Experience: Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation.
