The Program Management Specialist role is a pivotal position within our organization.

This individual plays a key part in the end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution of central programs. This involves monitoring program effectiveness, driving learner engagement, and ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of central programs
  • Monitor program effectiveness and drive learner engagement
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts
  • Track program performance, maintain relevant documentation, and provide regular updates
  • Support strategic initiatives including capability building, leadership development, and innovation projects
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and audit requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
