Job Title: Club Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all members.

Responsibilities:
  • Club Operations & Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual activity calendar, ensuring seamless execution of events, workshops, speaker sessions, and client visits.
    • Coordinate with staff to track progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the club, property owners, external partners, vendors, and members.
    • Maintain effective communication channels, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups on agreed points and executed actions.
  • Team Management:
    • Properly delegate and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities among team members.
    • Ensure all staff consistently adhere to the uniform policy by wearing designated attire while on duty.
    • Manage disciplinary actions involving Club level employees, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
    • Assist in managing club budgets, sponsorships, and resource allocation for events, maximizing ROI and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with management for necessary approvals or procurement.
  • Membership Engagement:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering a supportive environment for all members.
    • Promptly address concerns, complaints, or suggestions, transforming potential issues into opportunities to strengthen member relationships and improve club services.
    • Encourage a culture of attentiveness and responsiveness among staff, reflecting the club's values and commitment to excellence.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance:
    • Ensure the fitness club operates in full compliance with local, state, and industry health regulations, including sanitation standards and emergency protocols.
    • Implement and monitor safety procedures across all areas, minimizing risk and protecting members and staff.
    • Oversee maintenance needs and coordinate staff training in CPR/First Aid, fostering a secure and professional environment at all times.
  • Program & Event Planning:
    • Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee engaging fitness programs, wellness challenges, workshops, and social events catering to diverse member interests and goals.
    • Collaborate closely with instructors, personal trainers, and wellness professionals to design and implement innovative offerings enhancing the member experience and boosting participation.
    • Monitor attendance and feedback to refine programming, ensuring events remain fresh, impactful, and aligned with the club's vision and member expectations.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate documentation of all club activities for audit, continuity, and institutional reporting purposes.
    • Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
