Strategic Leadership for Computer Applications Program

We are seeking an exceptional leader to take on the role of strategic leadership for our BCA program.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance student learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
  • Provide visionary direction and guidance for the BCA program, aligning it with industry trends and student needs.
  • Effectively manage and motivate departmental staff to ensure seamless operation.
  • Oversee student advising and career counseling services for BCA students.
  • Represent the BCA program at college events, industry conferences, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective management of resources and allocation.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment within the department.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (Ph.D. / NET / SET preferred).
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience teaching at the undergraduate level in computer applications.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within a higher education institution is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in computer applications education.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students and faculty.
