Advanced Technical Specialist

Job Role: Provide high-level technical support and release management for complex UCCE solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of data from Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions to identify trends, issues and areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform advanced remote/on site troubleshooting activities encompassing system design issues, upgrade plans, creation of technical product documentation and site coordination.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for all service delivery issues/ pending work/ escalations and provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  • Problem Solving: Collaborate with third-party providers to resolve telecommunication problems and OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update knowledge base and documentation, and initiate and implement process improvements.
  • Technical Skills: Possess a clear understanding of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323 and MGCP, and be familiar with ITIL processes and experience on Cisco Voice platforms.
