As a senior technical expert, you will be responsible for delivering advanced level technical support services.
- Detailed knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and related platforms is required.
Main Responsibilities:
Cisco UCCE Technical SupportWe are seeking an experienced engineer to provide advanced technical support services for Cisco UCCE. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the platform and its associated systems.
- Troubleshooting Complex Issues
The selected candidate will be expected to troubleshoot complex technical issues on Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC platforms. This involves analyzing system logs, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to resolve technical problems.
Key Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
