Job Title:

Cisco UCCE CVP Solutions Architect

As a Cisco UCCE CVP Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust contact center solutions that support scalable, resilient, and high-performing systems.

Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing architecture, leading or participating in installation configuration and deployment of UCCE and CVP components, integrating with third-party applications, developing and updating CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts, providing tier-3 support for complex issues, monitoring system health performance metrics and call flows, and planning testing and executing upgrades patches and migrations.

Preferred qualifications include Cisco UCCE-CVP certification CCNP Collaboration CCIE Collaboration or equivalent certifications.
