Senior Operations Excellence Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Operations Excellence Manager to drive manufacturing excellence and process improvement across our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive operations excellence plan to enhance our packaging hall and departmental performance.
  • Set strategic objectives and priorities, leading change management processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deploy operations excellence practices effectively.
  • Implement Lean Management Systems (LMS) principles to achieve business goals.
  • Cultivate leadership skills in managers to develop high-performing teams that deliver results through operations excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, with a Master's or MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Consumer Goods manufacturing and process improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of Operations Excellence principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Process Improvement, Waste Reduction, Efficiency Optimization, and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills to engage senior stakeholders and drive resource allocation decisions.
  • Able to build and maintain effective relationships to achieve world-class performance outcomes.
  • Proven leadership capabilities to drive people performance and sustain cultural change.
