we are looking for a site engineer with more than 3 years experience

Site Engineer Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect facilities and analyze operational dataMaintain compliance with safety and regulatory standardsCompile estimates for technical and material requirements for project developmentDetermine and present estimates of operational costsEvaluate operations and processesSuggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiencyImplement improvements to designs and processesTest material and structural integrityResearch the environmental impact of projectsIncorporate eco-friendly and sustainable features into design plansCreate graphical representations of proposed solutionsPrepare proposal documents and presentationsCompile and present reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholdersMonitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standardsDirect engineering activities, assign tasks and provide training and supportCreate work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlinesMaintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activitiesCollaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes

Site Engineer Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, building, or related fieldState-issued certification or engineering licenseConsiderable experience in a similar positionIn-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and designProficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) softwareFamiliar with scientific analysis software as well as graphics and map creation softwareProven track record of managing personnel and material resourcesExemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skillsStrong time management and project management skillsActive listening and verbal communication skillsAbility to use the scientific process to solve problemsDedication to learning new concepts and strategies
