Site Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting facilities and analyzing operational data to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect facilities and analyze operational data to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Create detailed estimates for technical and material requirements for project development and present estimates of operational costs.
  • Evaluate operations and processes to identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Implement improvements to designs and processes, and test material and structural integrity.
  • Research the environmental impact of projects and incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable features into design plans.
  • Prepare proposal documents and presentations, and compile and present reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards, and direct engineering activities, assign tasks, and provide training and support.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, building, or related field.
  • State-issued certification or engineering license.
  • Considerable experience in a similar position, with in-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design.
  • Proficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software, scientific analysis software, graphics, and map creation software.
  • Proven track record of managing personnel and material resources, with exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and project management skills, active listening and verbal communication skills, and ability to use the scientific process to solve problems.
