Site engineer oversees and manages the technical and day-to-day activities of a construction project to ensure it's completed on time, within budget, and to the correct specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines. Key responsibilities include supervising on-site personnel, reviewing technical plans, conducting site surveys, resolving technical issues, coordinating with various stakeholders, and preparing progress reports. Key Responsibilities
• Project Oversight & Supervision:
• Manage and supervise all on-site engineering and construction activities from start to finish.
• Ensure that construction work follows project plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Technical Guidance:
• Review and interpret technical drawings and designs to ensure accuracy and proper implementation.
• Provide technical advice and solve technical problems that arise during construction.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other project managers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate with various teams and personnel on site.
• Quality, Safety & Budget Management:
• Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and ensure the project stays within agreed-upon timelines.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare site reports, log progress, and complete necessary site documentation.
• Conduct preliminary site inspections and site surveys. Essential Skills

• Knowledge of safety regulations, construction materials, and building codes.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple aspects of a project.
