Site Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Development Manager to oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control and coordination with stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and communicate project progress to the team.

About the Role

The Site Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing site plans and specifications to ensure project compliance;
  • Conducting on-site inspections to verify design, project specifications, and safety codes adherence;
  • Directing or performing surveys and measurements as required;
  • Applying knowledge of excavation processes and work heights to ensure safe operations;
  • Estimating costs and preparing budgets for construction activities;
  • Coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors to plan and execute projects efficiently;
  • Performing geotechnical analysis and conducting soil tests to validate structural foundations;
  • Reporting work progress and budget matters to seniors;
  • Evaluating materials and workmanship against project quality standards and design requirements;
  • Addressing potential construction issues promptly;
  • Ensuring project compliance with all building and safety codes.
