Job Title: Technical Program Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled technical program leader to lead our API projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, IPR, Analytical R&D, Ops, Quality, and SCM teams.
Requirements:
  • 9-15 years of experience in program management, preferably in the pharma industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or business administration.
Desirable Attributes:
  • PMP certification.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
