Position Details:

  • Job Title: Technical Lead – GEN AI
  • Function/Department: Technology
  • Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru - Work From Office
  • Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and deploy LLM models and Gen AI applications.
  2. Utilize traditional machine learning and deep neural networks, leveraging Azure AI services including Cognitive search, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI.
  3. Demonstrate expertise in Python and experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain, and NLP tools such as SpaCy, NLTK.
  4. Develop hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks.
  5. Implement advanced RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions.
  6. Understand LLMs, vector databases (like Chroma, Pinecone, Azure Cognitive Search), and embedding techniques.
  7. Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies.
  8. Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively.
  9. Apply fine-tuning methods such as Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), Quantized LoRA (QLoRA), and Pattern-Exploiting Training (PET) to optimize open-source models for specific tasks.
  10. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.
  11. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in Gen AI development.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Total Experience 13-15 years; Gen AI Experience – 5 + years
  • Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology
