Financial Strategist

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be proficient in financial tools such as Excel or QuickBooks.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop comprehensive financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct thorough monthly and annual financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide recommendations on cost-saving initiatives and investment opportunities to drive business growth.
- Prepare and manage financial reports, including profit/loss statements, budgets, and forecasts, to ensure accurate financial representation.
- Monitor expenses and assist with cash flow management to optimize financial performance.
- Evaluate the company's financial situation and provide insights for improvement.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to deliver timely and accurate financial insights.
