About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice across various financial products and services.

You will assess clients' overall financial picture, understand their needs, and develop a solid financial plan. Your goal is to guide clients towards profitable and secure financial decisions.

The primary objective of this role is to recruit high-quality advisors, support and train them, and enable them to procure investments from the market, subsequently servicing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To identify and recruit high-quality prospective advisors and ensure they acquire necessary licenses to meet yearly targets set in the goal sheet.
  2. Provide on-the-job training and manage and monitor the performance of advisors to achieve their goals.
  3. Maintain persistence for investments procured by a team of advisors to achieve overall team profitability.
