Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven financial leader to lead our financial operations, drive business performance, and ensure robust financial management.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization and contributing to long-term growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
  • Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and execute automation for the finance function.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to ethical conduct.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (master's or MBA preferred).
  • Chartered accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high growth startup.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for India and international markets (North America and UAE).
