Our courses cover essential skills such as IT Literacy, Adobe Suite, Financial Accounting, Desktop Publishing, Web Designing, 2D Animation, Video Editing, Scratch programming, and more. The courses are offered in diverse languages including English, Hindi, Marathi, Oriya, Kannada, Telugu, Arabic, Malay, and Sinhalese.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and accuracy of eLearning courses. You will verify the following aspects:

  • Audio & Transcript:
  • Verify audio production quality.
  • Confirm voice talent reads storyboard accurately with proper inflection, speed, pronunciation, etc.
  • Ensure text transcript is formatted according to standards.
  • Check synchronization of audio and transcript.
  • Visuals and Timing:
  • Verify graphics conform to standards and approved storyboard.
  • Confirm on-screen text is properly formatted.
  • Check spelling and grammar errors.
  • Verify visuals fade in/out in sync with audio appropriately.
  • Interactivities:
  • Ensure test keys containing answers to all knowledge checks, activities, and quizzes are included.
  • Test activities to confirm they function as described in the storyboard.
  • Confirm feedback functions properly (incorrect/correct).
  • Ensure click-to-reveal items function properly and check audio does not overlap when multiple audio tracks are layered on a single slide.
  • Browsers:
  • Test course in various browsers expected to be used by learners, including IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome.
  • Player Menu Items:
  • Test player menu items to confirm they function as desired, including glossary, search, seek bar, volume control, etc.
  • LMS Testing:
  • Confirm course uploads to LMS without errors.
  • Confirm course can be assigned to a test user(s).
  • Confirm course shows up in test user account as 'not started' or equivalent.
  • Start and close course; confirm LMS displays course as 'in progress' or equivalent.
  • Restart course and confirm it returns to page last visited (bookmark).
  • Fail course (if applicable) and verify LMS recorded this appropriately.
  • Pass course and verify LMS shows course as complete (or equivalent).

Qualifications include a Bachelors/Master degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience and 2+ years' experience in Quality Analysis. Required skills include strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, cross-functional cooperating skills, strong technical learning ability, time management skills, flexibility related to workflow and changing priorities, and the ability to maintain data confidentiality and security.
