Trivium Education Services is hiring for Full time Quality Analyst - English. (Work From office).
Job Description: -
As an integral part of our training team, you will play a key role in evaluating and mentoring new English tutors, providing high-quality training, and ensuring the ongoing growth and performance of both tutors and trainees for English subject.
Position: Quality Analyst-English
Payment: Up to 4 LPA
Minimum Qualification Required: B.Ed. / MA (Lit.) / BA (English)
Job Location: F-4, Okhla Phase 1, Delhi
Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Job Timings: 10 AM- 6.30 PM (flexible)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of written tests for new applicants
- Assigning training assignments to trainees
- Reviewing the submitted assignments and providing perceptive feedback
- Creating training modules/Documents for the new trainees
- Completing internal reviews for the tutors to identify and rectify any quality concerns
- Identifying any tutors with serious quality concerns for additional training
- Identifying and resolving any error patterns from quantitative/qualitative data of tutors (Ratings, A%, O%, Reviews (Minimal/Elevated/Critical) etc.
- Taking responsibility for tutors' performance and growth
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent communication in English (written & oral)
- Good training skills – ability to train thoroughly, fluently, and confidently, answer questions posed by tutors/trainees politely and professionally
