About Us:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential projects and a strong understanding of design principles. They will be responsible for assessing client requirements, producing designs and floor plans, and communicating effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences
- Produce sketches, drawings, and floor plans using CAD software and hand-drawing skills
- Create idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of previous works
- Cultivate creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential projects
- Modular interior experience is a must
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Experience in handling clients and independent projects
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch
Technical Skills:
- Interior Designer
- Google Sketch-up
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office
