Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of high-end projects and a proven ability to manage all aspects of the design process, from concept development to project completion. This role requires a blend of artistic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for multiple projects, from initial client consultation to final installation.
  • Develop innovative and functional design concepts that meet client needs and project requirements.
  • Create comprehensive design presentations, including mood boards, material palettes, and 3D renderings.
  • Produce detailed working drawings, specifications, and schedules for construction and fabrication.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and design assistants.
  • Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong design aesthetic and technical proficiency.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and 3D rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Corona Renderer).
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
