Job Summary:

  • Develop and lead creative visions for high-end residential spaces, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Deliver exceptional results by understanding client needs and translating them into tailored designs.

  • Create mood boards, space plans, layouts, and 3D visualizations to bring designs to life.

  • Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless design execution.

  • Review material selections and guarantee project quality standards are met.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials, and innovations in residential design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture is required.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential interior design is necessary.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing residential projects is essential.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office is mandatory.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills are crucial.

  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities are required.

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Saturday (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
