Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience in residential and/or commercial interiors. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior projects that align with client needs and Modern Habitat's design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic design concepts.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, 3D renders, and presentations.
  • Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and décor to suit the project style and budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site challenges.
  • Manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in residential/commercial interior projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of materials, color theory, and space planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
